Refund policy
At Picmi, we want you to love every item you receive. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist with a simple, stress-free return process.
✅ 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is placed. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components included.
- The item must be unused, in "as new" condition, and free from signs of wear and tear.
- Please do not use the original packaging as the outer layer for transport, and ensure it remains free of labels or markings.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of your order.
Note: Used items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at hi@picmitoys.com with your order number. We will send you detailed instructions upon approval.
Important: Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without approval will not be processed.
🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting each item before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hi@picmitoys.com. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied.
🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. Alternatively, contact us via email for more details on how to proceed with an exchange.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hi@picmitoys.com.
